Ankara 1 Nights 2 Days

Ankara was Atatürk‘s headquarters from 1920 and has been the capital of the Republic of Turkey since its founding in 1923, replacing Istanbul following the fall of the Ottoman Empire. The government is a prominent employer but Ankara is also an important commercial and industrial city, located at the center of Turkey’s road and railway networks. The city gave its name to the Angora wool shorn from Angora rabbits, the long-haired Angora goat (the source of mohair), and the Angora cat. The area is also known for its pears, honey, and muscat grapes. Although situated in one of the driest places of Turkey and surrounded mostly by steppe vegetation except for the forested areas on the southern periphery, Ankara is a very old city with various Hittite, Phrygian, Hellenistic, Roman, Byzantine, and Ottoman archaeological sites. The historical center of town is a rocky hill rising 150 m (500 ft) over the left bank of the Ankara Çayı, a tributary of the Sakarya River, the classical Sangarius. The hill remains crowned by the ruins of the old citadel. Although few of its outworks have survived, there are well-preserved examples of Roman and Ottoman architecture throughout the city, the most remarkable being the 20 bcTemple of Augustus and Rome that boasts the Monumentum Ancyranum, the inscription recording the Res Gestae Divi Augusti   Day 1 …….-Ankara Arrival to Ankara Esenboga Airport or Bus Station, meeting at the airport, transfer to Ankara, our journey start with the visit the mausoluem of Ataturk, the father of Modern Turkey, then visit the museum of Hitite where we will know the old history of Anatolai from the beginning, this museum is one of the example for Anatolian Archeological workd, then visit Ankara Castle with old houses, The August Temple and Hacibayram mosque,Ethnografya museum,Lunch during the tours,Overnight ( L ) Day 2  Ankara Breakfast at the hotel, free time in Ankara ,then transfer to Airport or your next Destination  ( B )   Departure : Daily all year around Please contact with our sales team about the price and hotel options info@joyworldtours.com   Inclusions 1 Nights 4 stars hotel accomodations All airport transfer inbound and outbound Entrances fees 1 Breakfast 1 lunch Private English speaking guide Private transportation All local taxes and services charges

Amasya 1 Night 2 Days

The city of Amasya (Turkish pronunciation: [aˈmasja]), the Amaseia or Amasia of antiquity,[3] stands in the mountains above the Black Sea coast, set apart from the rest of Anatolia in a narrow valley along the banks of the Yeşilırmak River. Although near the Black Sea, this area is high above the coast and has an inland climate, well-suited to growing apples, for which Amasya province, one of the provinces in north-central Anatolia Turkey, is famed. It was the home of the geographer Strabo and the birthplace of the 15th century scholar and physician Amirdovlat Amasiatsi. Located in a narrow cleft of the Yesilirmak (Iris) river, it has a history of 7,500 years which has left many traces still evident today. In antiquity, Amaseia (Greek: Αμάσεια) was a fortified city high on the cliffs above the river. It has a long history as a wealthy provincial capital, producing kings and princes, artists, scientists, poets and thinkers, from the kings of Pontus, through Strabo the geographer, to many generations of the Ottoman imperial dynasty. With its Ottoman-period wooden houses and the tombs of the Pontus kings carved into the cliffs overhead, Amasya is attractive to visitors. In recent years there has been a lot of investment in tourism and more foreign and Turkish tourists visit the city. During the early Ottoman rule, it was customary for young Ottoman princes to be sent to Amasya to govern and gain experience. Amasya was also the birthplace of the Ottoman sultans Murad I and Selim I. It is thus of great importance in terms of Ottoman history. Traditional Ottoman houses near the Yeşilirmak and the other main historical buildings have been restored; these traditional Yalıboyu houses are now used as cafes, restaurants, pubs and hotels. Behind the Ottoman wooden houses one can see the Rock Tombs of the Pontic kings.                         Day 1                   Amasya Arrival to Amasya Merzifon Airport or Bus staion transfer to  Amasya ,our journey start with  Rock tombs ,On the rock faces above the town there are the terraced site of the royal palace and impressive rock-cut tombs and memorials of the kings of Pontus (illuminated at night) which, although not kept in the best condition, are an impressive sight from the town. A fortification (Turkish Kale) mentioned by Strabo and largely rebuilt in medieval times also lies in ruins on a rocky outcrop (Harsene Kalesi) above the town. The town itself has many historically and architecturally valuable buildings, including the Ferhat water channel, the 13th century Seljuk Burmali Mosque, the 14th century Ilhanli Bimarhane Mental Hospital with lovely reliefs around its portal, and the 15th century Yildirim Beyazit Mosque. Unfortunately,There are a number of well-preserved traditional Ottoman Turkish mansions, some of the best examples of Turkish architecture. The 19th century Hazeranlar Mansion has been carefully restored and includes a small art gallery and ethnographical museum. The Archaeological Museum of Amasya has an interesting collection, including the mummies of the Ilkhanli rulers of Amasya,Overnight Amasya ( L,D) Day 2             Amasya Breakfast at the hotel,Visit the lake Borabay ( 65 km from Amasya ) wonderful lake and view, after lunch return to aiport……(B,L) Departure : Daily all year around Please contact with our sales team about the price and hotel options info@joyworldtours.com   Inclusions 1 Nights 4 stars hotel accomodations All airport transfer inbound and outbound Entrances fees 1 Breakfast 2 lunches,1 Dinner Private English speaking guide Private transportation All local taxes and services charges

Bodrum 3 Nights 4 Days

Halicarnassus (Ancient Greek: Ἁλικαρνᾱσσός Halikarnassós or Ἀλικαρνασσός Alikarnassós; Turkish: Halikarnas) was an ancient Greekcity at the site of modern Bodrum in Turkey. Halicarnassus were founded by Dorian Greeks, and the figures on its coins, such as the head of Medusa, Athena or Poseidon, or the trident, support the statement that the mother cities were Troezen and Argos.[5] The inhabitants appear to have accepted Anthes, a son of Poseidon, as their legendary founder, as mentioned by Strabo, and were proud of the title ofAntheadae. The Carian name for Halicarnassus has been tentatively identified with Alosδkarnosδ in inscriptions. At an early period Halicarnassus was a member of the Doric Hexapolis, which included Kos, Cnidus, Lindos, Kameiros and Ialysus; but it was expelled from the league when one of its citizens, Agasicles, took home the prize tripod which he had won in the Triopian games, instead of dedicating it according to custom to the Triopian Apollo. In the early 5th century Halicarnassus was under the sway of Artemisia I of Caria (also known as Artemesia of Halicarnassus [6]), who made herself famous as a naval commander at the battle of Salamis. Of Pisindalis, her son and successor, little is known; but Lygdamis, who next attained power, is notorious for having put to death the poetPanyasis and causing Herodotus, possibly the best known Halicarnassian, to leave his native city (c. 457 BC).[7] The city later fell under Persian rule. Under the Persians, it was the capital city of the satrapy of Caria, the region that had since long constituted its hinterland and of which it was the principal port. Its strategic location ensured that the city enjoyed considerable autonomy. Archaeological evidence from the period such as the recently discovered Salmakis (Kaplankalesi) Inscription, now in Bodrum Museum of Underwater Archaeology, attest to the particular pride its inhabitants had developed.[8] Alexander the Great laid siege to the city after his arrival in Carian lands and, together with his ally, the queen Ada of Caria, captured it after fighting in 334 BCE. Mausolus ruled Caria from here, nominally on behalf of the Persians and independently in practical terms, for much of his reign from 377 to 353 BC. When he died in 353 BC, Artemisia II of Caria, who was both his sister and his widow, employed the ancient Greek architectsSatyros and Pythis, and the four sculptors Bryaxis, Scopas, Leochares and Timotheus to build a monument, as well as a tomb, for him. The word “mausoleum” derives from the structure of this tomb. It was a temple-like structure decorated with reliefs and statuary on a massive base. Today only the foundations and a few pieces of sculpture remain. Crusader Knights arrived in 1402 and used the remains of the Mausoleum as a quarry to build the still impressively standing Bodrum Castle (Castle of Saint Peter), which is a well-preserved example of the late Crusader architecture in the east Mediterranean. The Knights Hospitaller (Knights of St. John) were given permission to build it by the Ottoman sultan Mehmed I, after Tamerlane had destroyed their previous fortress located in İzmir‘s inner bay. The castle and its town became known as Petronium, whence the modern name Bodrum derives. In 1522, Suleiman the Magnificent conquered the base of the Crusader knights on the island of Rhodes, who then relocated first briefly to Sicily and later permanently to Malta, leaving the Castle of Saint Peter and Bodrum to theOttoman Empire.     Day 1 ……………Bodrum Arrival to Milas Bodrum Airport or Bus station, meeting by our team, transfer to Bodrum city,Overnight Day 2  Bodrum Breakfast at the hotel,Half day Bodrum city tour with old theatre,Mausoleumof Mavzelus,The Castle of bodrum Build by St JohnKnights with underwater archeological museum, afternoon free,Overnight (B) Day 3  Bodrum Breakfast at the hotel,Fullday cruise with lunch, return to hotel late in the Afternoon Overnight (B,L) Day 4 Bodrum………… Breakfast at the hotel, transfer to airport or bus station……….( B )   Departure : Daily all year around Please contact with our sales team about the price and hotel options info@joyworldtours.com Inclusions 3 Nights 4 stars hotel accomodations All airport transfer inbound and outbound private basis Entrances fees 3 Breakfasts 1 Lunch   Private Half day Bodrum Tours   Fullday Cruise with lunch on SIC basis All local taxes and services charges

Bodrum 4 Nights 5 Days

Bodrum was a quiet town of fishermen and sponge divers until the mid-20th century; although, as Mansur points out, the presence of a large community of bilingual Cretan Turks, coupled with the conditions of free trade and access with the islands of the Southern Dodecanese until 1935 saved it from utter provincialism.[9] The fact that traditional agriculture was not a very rewarding activity in the rather dry peninsula also prevented the formation of a class of large landowners. Bodrum has no notable history of political or religious extremism either. A first nucleus of intellectuals started to form after the 1950s around the writer Cevat Şakir Kabaağaçlı, who had first come here in exile two decades before and was charmed by the town to the point of adopting the pen name Halikarnas Balıkçısı (‘The Fisherman of Halicarnassus’).[10]   Day 1 ……………Bodrum Arrival to Milas Bodrum Airport or Bus station, meeting by our team, transfer to Bodrum city,Overnight Day 2  Bodrum Breakfast at the hotel,Half day Bodrum city tour with old theatre,Mausoleumof Mavzelus,The Castle of bodrum Build by St JohnKnights with underwater archeological museum, afternoon free,Overnight (B) Day 3  Bodrum Breakfast at the hotel,Fullday cruise with lunch, return to hotel late in the Afternoon Overnight (B,L) Day 4  Bodrum Breakfast at the hotel,Free day on your own,Overnight ( B ) Day 4 Bodrum………… Breakfast at the hotel, transfer to airport or bus station……….( B )     Departure : Daily all year around Please contact with our sales team about the price and hotel options info@joyworldtours.com      Inclusions 4 Nights 4 stars hotel accomodations All airport transfer inbound and outbound private basis Entrances fees 4 Breakfasts 1 Lunch   Private Half day Bodrum Tours   Fullday Cruise with lunch on SIC basis All local taxes and services charges
